A 'Snow White' As Bleak As It Is Grimm
Snow White and the Huntsman is not like the fairy tale - Snow White. The plots are quite different. Firstly, the stepmother queen sucks the youth from young female for keep her beauty. Secondly, the queen declaims that she has power only as long as she has beauty and she can control the world. Thirdly, the huntsman is a grizzled, drunken bad boy in despair over the loss of his wife. The queen promises to bring his wife back from the dead if he captures Snow White. Fourthly, a handsome prince used to play with Snow white when they were kids. However, they do not have laughs because she is busy training for combat with her rivals. Finally, Snow White is not cooking for little people but fighting. I think those differences between movie and fairy tale will give us a big surprise.
